There are many options for commercially available mouth guards to choose from. Stock mouth guards are ready-to-wear equipment available at sporting good stores and department stores. Because they are pre-formed from a mold, stock guards are often bulky, uncomfortable, and can make breathing and speaking difficult.

For the best fit, our dentist recommends a custom-fitted mouth guard. Our mouth guards are made from durable, comfortable and high-quality materials to ensure the best protection. To receive your mouth guard, we will first take impressions of your teeth to make a personalized mold. We will then send this mold to a professional dental laboratory in order to create your mouth guard to fit your unique bite. Once your mouth guard is ready, you can return to the field or court in confidence.

What are Night Guards?

For patients who suffer from nighttime bruxism (clenching or grinding your teeth during sleep), we offer night guards. Bruxism can wear down your teeth over time, causing them to chip or break. This condition can also cause jaw pain and headaches. Night guards are worn during sleep to save your teeth from unnecessary damage.
